A year or so back, I submitted collection information to you against previous tenants who skipped out owing me a bundle.  After conferring with my attorney, I concluded that there was minimal likelihood that I'd achieve any success in collecting from them, since all evidence confirmed that they were world champions at avoiding not only their financial obligations, but also every other manner of personal responsibility conceivable.

I turned the case over to you fully expecting nothing in return, but what the heck - there was no up-front charge, so it was worth a shot.  I received your annual account statement at the beginning of the year, and I was happy to see that you still had the case active, but I continued to be skeptical that you'd ever achieve results.

Imagine my surprise when I received a check from you yesterday!  Sure, it was only the proceeds from a $100 payment, and they owe me several thousand, but you managed to wring it out of them, and I imagine you've got them on some sort of payment schedule.  Nice work!

Hopefully, I'll never need collection services for anyone else, but if I do, you'll be the one I go to.

When I contracted your services, I had little hope of ever recovering the monies owed to me.  It was extremely disheartening to have worked so hard, only for the client to ignore my requests for payment.  As a last resort, I decided to place the account with MAD agency.  I truly never expected to receive the payment.
